Terms and Conditions

This program is brought to you by: Graboid International Inc. L’Horizon, Gunsite Road, Brittons Hill St. Michael. BB14027 Barbados By registering for the Graboid Stars Program, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and that your membership with Stars adheres to the Terms stated below. HOW TO SIGN-UP:
  • Users much visit the Graboid Stars Sign Up page and fill out the entry form with email address and password. The email address must be the same email address that was originally used to sign-up for the user’s old Graboid account.
  • Graboid Inc. is under no obligation to provide members with any minimum amount of bandwidth. We make no promises or guarantees in the amount of bandwidth that members can earn in this program.

    • ELIGIBILITY:
    • Users must be 18 years of age and older.
    • Users must be currently a free-trial user, a canceled user, or a user that allowed their Graboid account to expire.
    • Users cannot be a paying member at same time of membership with Stars.

      • GENERAL CONDITIONS:
      • Members will earn anywhere from 1 to 3 GB of bandwidth per task, (depending on difficulty of task).
      • If bandwidth is unused, it will expire after a month, or will be replaced if a new task is completed.
      • Members must allow 1-2 business days to receive their bandwidth, as their tasks are subject to verification.
      • Graboid reserves the right to limit amount of bandwidth earned. Once bandwidth is redeemed, it cannot be changed, reversed, or canceled.
      • When a user does not complete and properly submit a task, they will not receive the bandwidth for that period.
      • Members are limited to one account per person, per IP address. Multiple accounts will be tagged as fraud, and Graboid reserves the right to shut them down. Upon terminated all bandwidth is void and cannot be redeemed. That user is prohibited from signing up again with this program.
      • Account inactivity: When users are inactive for 2 months, they will be emailed a warning of user inactivity. They will not receive any bandwidth for tasks they did not complete or submit properly.
      • A user is not required to complete every task should they feel uncomfortable doing it, or do not know how to do it. They are not entitled to the bandwidth available for that task, but will still be given opportunity to get bandwidth with other tasks.
      • For help on how to complete a task, members can get assistance by contacting starsclub@graboid.com.
      • If a user does not complete a task correctly as laid out by the Stars program, after review, Graboid reserves the right to take away bandwidth if rewarded. However, they will still be in the Stars program, and will have other opportunities to get bandwidth with other tasks.
      • Stars members will not have access to HD content or adult content
      • By becoming a Graboid Star, you agree not to post inappropriate or abusive content. If you do not agree with the material that Graboid asks you to post, you are not obligated to post it, however you will not receive the rewarded bandwidth for that task.
      • Graboid reserves the right to take away rewarded bandwidth should the content posted by the Stars member be viewed as abusive or inappropriate.

        • If a member disagrees with these terms and conditions, they must discontinue their membership in the Stars program.
